Sorry this took so long, but I think it speaks volumes. December 18, 2006 Having left behind a home to sell in Tucson, I was very concerned about my selection of a realtor to represent my best interests. I wanted someone who was flexible, knowledgeable, aggressive, and willing to go the extra mile. This person would also be asked to take on the responsibility of maintaining the home in my absence so that it was not overgrown, all the bulbs burnt out, etc. I interviewed four realtors and James stood out above the rest.
