James recently helped me to look for foreclosures and investment opportunities. He paid attention to what features were important to me and found many homes to look at. Sorry this took so long, but I think it speaks volumes. December 18, 2006 Having left behind a home to sell in Tucson, I was very concerned about my selection of a realtor to represent my best interests. I wanted someone who was flexible, knowledgeable, aggressive, and willing to go the extra mile. This person would also be asked to take on the responsibility of maintaining the home in my absence so that it was not overgrown, all the bulbs burnt out, etc. I interviewed four realtors and James stood out above the rest. I was not disappointed. From arranging a cleaning service after my final move out, to coordinating services as needed and working with my relocation company to close the deal quickly, James took care of it all. With James’ finger on the pulse of the market, his advice was welcome and resulted in a successful sale. As an out-of town seller I am grateful for his dedication, efforts, and compassion.

James did a great job making our first home purchase as painless as possible. I never had to take time off work to look or sign paperwork and James was always there to answer any of my questions. Compared to other Realtors I've worked with James did alot more work to make sure we were happy with what he showed us and listened to what we wanted. I've even recommended James to my parents for their purchase later this year.
