Passages of Tucson
Last week I had the opportunity to visit the Passages of Tucson Open House held off of I-10 and Hwy 83. On site was Jim Miller and Robert Hoffman, developers of the project. They discussed the road to development of the project, where the project was heading and when to expect completion. While the project is expected to last 10 to 12 years, construction will be completed in phases so shoppers can utilize the stores.
Currently, the sewer lines are being laid and construction is due to occur in 2009. This project will pave the way for new development within the Vail area. It is much needed development.
